Our mobile stages are easily portable to almost anywhere our vehicles can go. Set up and take down are also very efficient taking on average 45 min. to 1 hour to set up or take down with 2 men.
The actual performance dimensions of the stage vary from stage to stage but smallest is 24' wide x 16' deep; 32' w x 20' d; 32'w x 24'd; or variations can be made with extensions and sound wings. All stages range from 40" to 66" off the ground depending on the terrain.
The main frame of the stage is built of steel topped with 3/4" decking and the roof is all aluminum. The stage is supported with 14 3'000lb adjustable drop leg jacks to accommodate stability and unlevel ground. The roof heights is adjust from 6'6" to 14' off of the stage deck while it can be tilted at an angle or raised flat. In case of fast arising inclement weather the roof can be lowered quickly to help protect the performers and equipment from the weather.
The roof covers are made of fireproof material as well as the skirting and backdrop. We also have a set of aluminum stairs with handrails and tread plate on the steps for safety that can be placed at any point around the stage.
