Don’t Let the Name Fool You
Combine classic rock with Southern rock and throw in a splash of bluegrass and country and you’ve got the recipe for one helluva band. But who can cook up such a dish?
That’s an easy one to answer. Chris Marks Band plays music that goes down easy, and they serve it up with unique style and pass-me-some-more energy. The members of CMB consist of a rock-n-roll drummer, a bluegrass bass player, a classic/southern rock lead guitarist, a keyboard master, an awesome utility musician and a country-rock lead vocalist. Your average, pre-packaged band can’t deliver Johnny Cash to Bon Jovi to Kid Rock to Kenny Chesney, but Chris Marks Band can.
When the music is carefully put together the old fashioned way, the difference is palatable. This is a group that can satisfy your entertainment needs. They can measure up to fit your event and still keep the oh-so-tasty sound and great fun that will have you coming back for seconds.

A trio of gals from Charlotte, NC backed by a killer band, GalFriday describe themselves as “sisters”, raised on daddy’s bluegrass and momma’s hymn book. Lauren Wilson, Melissa York, and Ashley Min have cut their teeth performing live for the past 8 years, wowing crowds with killer live performances and a Carolina flavor you can’t get enough of. Born in Rock Hill, SC Matt Tucker was raised on country music. As Tucker got older he ventured out to other genres, but always came right back to country. Tucker has always loved to sing, but in 2008 decided to get serious with it by learning how to play the guitar. Six short months later, he began playing in honkytonks around Rock Hill with his father, Joe Tucker.
In 2011 He started entering the Texaco country showdowns determined to get more exposure and experience. "Its a long hard ride," he says "and I'm here to stay!"
Influenced by some of country musics most known legends (George Strait, Alan Jackson, Johnny Cash, Conway Twitty) just to name a few, Tuckers southern upbringing definitely shines through his songs. His music reflects the new country phase but with some ol' traditional ways.
Keep updated on whats going on in the music life of Matt Tucker. If it wasn't for the support of all the fans and his growing fans, he wouldn't be lucky enough to grow in this industry. Matt Tucker says, "If it wasn't for ya'll (the fans), this business would be pointless."
Please stayed tuned, fore there will be a lot more out of this young man to come in country music!
